Hello! In our organization we have around 50 Skorpio X5 devices.
Since we started using the devices (in late 2021) we always had several issues regarding Wireless Stability.
We have an excellent wireless coverage and other devices (like mobile phones and laptops) don’t drop the wireless connection, however, the Skorpio X5 have a few issues on this matter. For example if i leave a skorpio x5 on the same place (without moving) usually the wireless connection disconnects, after that it will connect again by its own however its very common to disconnect even tough the coverage is great, for example if its 5 meters from the AP.
We always make sure the firmware is update, i already have them all on Android 11 and with the latest extension pack but the problem continues.
Can you give me some advice on how to improve the stability? For example on the Roaming Profile selection we have “slow / standard / agressive / custom”.
Can you explain which option means and in what scenario should i use each of the options?
