Android 8.1 | Memor 1 | Error when creating the project

I am already spending several hours trying to get the Datalogic SDK to work on Android 8.1. It’s very frustrating, also because you can’t find exact information about the error messages on the net.

Please update your documentation and help me.

* com.android.builder.errors.EvalIssueException: Invalid value for compileSdkPreview ("Datalogic:Datalogic SDK v1:27"). Value must be a platform preview name (e.g. "S")
* java.lang.RuntimeException: Invalid value for compileSdkPreview ("Datalogic:Datalogic SDK v1:27"). Value must be a platform preview name (e.g. "S")
* com.android.builder.errors.EvalIssueException: compileSdkVersion is not specified. Please add it to build.gradle
