Hello,
I have Memor 11 and 10 with datalogic launcher. I noticed some PDAs enter in airplane mode or have misconfigurations.
After some investigation we noticed if we restart de PDA and push down the status bar the users can access all configurations without datalogic launcher admin password as the video below shows.
Do you have any solution for this not to happen? we want to see the battery leve and wifi information in the launcher so removing it completely is not solution.

Memor 10 and 11 that are suddenly in airplane mode can be caused by a faulty battery latch detector. Easiest sollution is to disable the Battery Latch. You can use the Scan2Deploy code below to disable the battery latch.

Thank you for help. I’m going to try that solution for the airplane mode problem.
Now i hope there is a solution to lock status bar on the reboot. That’s the main problem because users can change configs without admin password
