Hi Ahmed,

Welcome to our forum.

On the Memor 10 and Memor 11, you can see the SKU version in the “About phone” page in Settings:

  1. Launch the Settings app.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap “About phone.”
  3. Scroll to the bottom and look for “SKU version.”

You should see the SKU for your firmware in the info text on the “SKU version” button.

i was able to determine the version and enter my serial number to update the phone firmware
