Datalogic QM2400 - Reset using tools.
which tools should i use to reset and configure the scanner from the beginning. tried to reset using QR codes, but doesn’t work. scanner scanning, beeping but not input to Notepad Windows.

Just a little more information.
One of the most classic methods of resetting an HHS device is through the Aladdin configuration tool (https://aladdin.datalogic.com/assets/Aladdin_Setup.zip#).

After downloading and running the tools, use the “Force Device Connection” from the top-right menu, and follow the steps suggested by the wizard to reset the device.
