I have a problem with downloading firmware update files for Memory 11.
Memor 11 Android 13 GMS 2.06.14-2.08.17_INCR
Memor 11 Android 13 GMS v2.08.17_FULL
All I see is a lock next to the download link.
Maybe someone can give me a tip!

Firmware Download functionality for Datalogic Android devices is protected and available for devices with active Datalogic SHIELD Service Contract only.
Clicking the small Look icon on the right will prompt you to insert a valid serial number:

After inserting a valid Serial Number, the Download link will be unlocked.

Note that the Shield program has a grace period allowing “free” downloads for 180 days from the device ship date (could be ship date to distributor or reseller).

many thanks for your answer. We bought a Datalogic Memory 11 device some time ago to test whether the device meets our needs. In the future, we would like to run apps on the device that require Android 13 as the operating system. Since Android 11 is currently installed on the device, we would need an update to Android 13. We are aware that an active Datalogic SHIELD Service Contract is required to download firmware update files, which unfortunately we do not have for the device. The device was purchased in April 2024.
Nevertheless, we would like to politely ask you whether you could provide us with the latest firmware update files for Android 13 once for testing purposes. It would be very helpful for us.
