DSM0400 Bar code

Hello,
I have a datalogic barcode dsm0400 and I’m trying to configure it in always on scanning mode, I’m following the datasheet and scanning the barcodes to do it but I can’t afford it, somebody knows what can ben the problem?

  • Enter/Exit programming mode
  • Scan Mode = Always On
  • Enter/Exit programming mode

I have it conected with RS-232 and the conections I think that the connections are okay.
