DXU Error While Loading Configuration

Hi,
DXU version 2.0.0.1543 running on Windows 10.
Memor 10 version 1.05.13.20190816

DXU can read device information, but when option Configure this device is selected the following error message is displayed: Rendering configuration from device, Cannot de-serialize XML.

Using network connection.

Hi David,

Should work without any issues. Did you try to restart your Memor 10?

Other issue could be you did not install the Datalogic USB Android drivers (that is included in the installation of DXU) or perhaps a write to disk error from DXU (try to run as administrator)
