Error in download form and contact form

Hi,
I get the error shown on the attached image when I try to download a manual for Gryphon GM4500.
I get the same error when I try to submt the contact form.
We have a Gryphon GM4500 with serial number G20H84552 where there is no longer a red light/foresight when scanning.
I have tried to make ad factory reset but it has not solved the problem. I will try to make a hardware reset but I don’t know how to do i t.

Can you help me downloading the manual?
