hello. i want to upgrade firmware 8.1 to 9.1 on memor 10 with DXU.
Device is connected, new firmware be downloadet to device. On device appears window DXU “do you want to upgrade”, i click “ok”, but nothing happened

Without more information, I am not sure why DXU failed.
You want to make sure you have a firmware update that is compatible with your device.
We offer a few variants of the Memor 10; non-GMS (AOSP)(no google apps), GMS US, and GMS ROW(Rest of the World).
Each variant needs its own specific update file.
Those can be found here and are labelled as I described above:
If you cannot get DXU to work you can also use Scan2Deploy.
The Scan2Deploy agent installed on our devices will be used to scan a barcode created in Scan2Deploy Studio. When Agent scans the barcode it will give you a verbose answer as to why it is or is not working.
