i was wondering if it would be possible to installa Android on an Skorpio X4 with windows CE. By looking at the datasheets it seems they are identical in hardware configuration. Would it be possible?

Yes the OS conversion on Skorpio X4 from Windows WEC7 to Android 4.4 is always possible.
This conversion is handled by our repair centers. To proceed, you must open an RMA (Return Material Authorization) specifying that you want to upgrade the operating system to Android 4.4.
