I’m having some difficulty deploying firmware to a Skorpio X5 using Intune. I’ve enrolled the device, staged the firmware update, and created a config profile for the device. It is showing as successfully applied. However, on the device itself, I only see the downloaded file with no attempts to perform the upgrade.
Is there something obvious I could be missing? I don’t have a lot of knowledge on the Datalogic applications, as my expertise is mainly on Intune.
