We have a stock take program written in .net running on datalogic skorpio X4. This works well at a number of sites except one. At this particular site the exe does not connect to the SQL database.
Connection string is correct and the same application used on a Honywell device works fine.
If I ping the server from the device it works!!! The strange think is if I take the device to another client location it works perfectly. The firmware installed 2.02.073.01.
Any suggestions what I can check would be greatly appriciated.
