I have around 50 Datalogic Joya A6 I need help enrolling in MDM Soti Mobicontrol.
What is the procedure adopted to do this via Scan2Deploy to read the barcodes via DL Stager

Scan2Deploy is not the right tool to do device enrollment in an EMM.
To improve the experience of enrolling devices into MDMs, Datalogic provides the “Android Enterprise QR Code Generator” tool, available here:

The Joya A6 collectors do not have the Android welcome screen to carry out the procedure sent, when I reset to the factory, the Android home screen automatically appears, this is being the greatest difficulty to carry out the registration, we are using the MDM Soti , is there any other method?

It sounds like your device is on an earlier firmware than 8.1 .
The Joya A6 did not have setup wizard (Hi there…) until Android 8.1 .
However, Joya A6 was bundled with SOTI MobiControl.
You would need to use the SOTI Mobicontrol app to enroll.
If you need functionality supplied by enrolling from the Hi there screen, you would need to update to 8.1+
A lot of the documentation online only covers how Android Enterprise behaves currently.
You may find enrolling via the app satisfies your needs, even though newer documentation suggests enrolling from the Hi there screen is required.
