When using the firmware utility I get the following message

Hi Tobias,
The android 10 version of the Memor 10 is not supported by DXU. You have to do the installation either manual on the device or you can use my batch file (not official tool) if you want: Release 5.7 · Pcdejong/Datalogic-Android-Stage · GitHub
Download the zip file and extract it. Put the firmware in the firmware folder. By default the batch file will do a factory reset. If you don’t want that put the RESET to FALSE. Run the batch file. It will automatically check the build version if an update is needed. You can connect multiple devices at once to your pc if you want.
