Hi all, I recently received a Datalogic Memor 10 from a company IT refresh and am trying to get it back up and running. Unfortunately the device is FRP locked and I need to flash the firmware to clear it. I’m looking for the Memor 10 Android 10 EMEA/ROW GMS full firmware file but am unable to access the developer portal as I don’t have a business account. Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction or share a download link? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome to our developer forum. 
Normally, customers should contact their sales rep to ask about getting a Datalogic Shield subscription. Having a subscription allows you to download updated firmware with the latest Android security patches and fixes for our software and tools. If you bought your Memor 10 from a reseller, you can contact them. If you bought your Memor 10 directly from Datalogic, you can contact our Customer Care team to ask about buying a Datalogic Shield subscription.
Unfortunately, I can’t give advice on how to bypass Android anti-theft measures like the FRP lock. If you received this Memor 10 from your IT department, perhaps you can take it back to them and have them unlock the unit by entering the previous Google account info into it. If you are the IT department, perhaps you can look up the previous Google account and enter it into the device again. I wish I could help more directly, but I can’t.
