IS there a way to screen capture on the Memor 10 without using an MDM or the DXU utility?

as with any Android device, you can capture the screen of your device using the standard “Power + Volume Down” key combination. This link completely describes the simple procedure.
Otherwise, you can also rely on any public app capable of that function. An example would be Screenshot Easy https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.icecoldapps.screenshoteasy.
If, instead, you have to capture the screen for the remote control, you will probably need some remote viewing application, like MDM or DXU. Other alternative remote apps could be TeamViewer, Vysor or other similar apps.
