Memor 30X reboot loop after Firmware Update

Hello everyone.
We are close to deploying our Memor30X fleet but i stumbled upon a problem, where i cant really identify the source.

I tried to update the Firmware of 3 Memors to Android 15 and/or the latest Android 13 Version.
Via Can2Deploy and manually dragging the file on the Device via USB.

On every device i had the same problem. They always start to reboot immediatly after the UI loads. They wont stop rebooting until i Factory reset via Power + Volume up. Then the System starts normal and all of a sudden the Scan Engine updates itself.
When i look into the Device Info, the Update was successfull but at the price of a Factory reset.

Is anybody here having similar experiences?

Welcome to the developer forum. Your report is the first I’ve heard about something like this. Have you contacted our technical support yet about this issue? They will be far quicker to diagnose your problem and suggest a solution than here, where the latency of question and answer can be quite slow.
