Our customer has a problem using Scan2Deploy.
Out of 10 times of applying a config, about 3-4 times Keyboard Wedge gets deactivated.
Everything else stays the same, only Keyboard Wedge turns off and has to be turned on manually (or try to apply the config multiple times).
Is this known behavior? Our customer would like to get in touch with someone, maybe even check the config file for conflicts.

Is your customer scanning the barcodes from the Google Hello screen? I have seen some cases in the past where scanning a Scan2Deploy barcode from the Google Hello screen disabled the Keyboard wedge.
Can you ask your customer to open a case on our support website and provide the Scan2Deploy profile? This way we can try to reproduce the error. Also please provide the firmware version of the Memor 12.
P.s. Just a thought: Can your customer try to put the version of the barcode to version 3:
This might work since I only saw the issue with V2 barcodes.

Did you or your customer recently install an update? This happend in my company too when I updated a Memor 11 that we use for testing purposes to v2.06.14
I will see if it happens again today when I install v2.08.17 that has been released yesterday.
I can report back that the Keyboard Wedge function remained active when updating from v2.06.14 to v2.08.17
