I have a PM9600 scanner with a CM9681 Ethernet communication module connected to a Siemens S-1500 PLC with TIA Portal V20 software. I’m using DAD mode for communication. Everything is ok on the connection, syncronization works fine. But…when I’m scanning a barcode I’m not receiving any result in the PLC.
I tried everything I found in the documentaion, regarding the pairing of the scanner with the base, but still not working. The leds are green on the base and scanner. When I connect the scanner with the base, I can hear 2 beeps. I don’t know if this is ok, as in the documentation is written I should here more ascending beeps tones.
Could you please provide support or guidance regarding this issue?
