When I try to enter my device Serial Number to download the firmware updates, I’m getting errors. If I enter only the serial number portion, the prompt tells me that it’s an invalid serial number. When I enter the Part Number from the box, it bypasses that error but then shows up as “SAP Service unavailable. Try again later”. Please advise.
