We are having problems with X5 standard range(SR) pairing with a zebra ZQ320 mobile printer. We did test with the X5 AutoRange (AR) model and it is quick to pair and connect but on standard range it takes a lot of Bluetooth reset, troubleshooting to pair. We did test with other new X5-SR models and same issue. OS-Firmware are updated to the latest version already. The X5-AR just do not have NFC compared to the X5-SR . Appreciate any help

I saw your email, sounds like the issue is resolved.
If anyone else encounters this issue, updating the app they were using, “WMS”, resolved the issue.
