We have 4 Datalogic Skorpio X3 scanners with very old firmware (exactly 1.81.072.01) and we would like to update them to the latest version, as we have encountered several problems. We have looked for the latest updates on the site but we can’t find / download them.
Skorpio X3 firmware, as for any obsolete device’s firmware, can be found on the “Partner reserved” area of our public website.
You can register you account and access this area using the proper “Partner Login” link on the top right of our website’s homepage, or by following this link:
this link will open a Fast Search page, where you can filter by Product = “Skorpio X3” (look under “obsolete products”), Category = “Software &Update”, then by typing “firmware” into the “Search by keyword” filed.
This will result in a list of all the available FW for Skorpio X3 devices.

After submitting the registration form it could take some time for processing, but when you have your credentials, https://partnernet.datalogic.com/home/index/sf brings to the " PARTNER ADVANTAGE PROGRAM" home page, where on the top you can already find a first “Search” tool. If you specify “skorpio x3 firmware” in the search field, you should get a list of all the available skorpio x3 firmware.
Otherwise you can directly use the already provided link to the latest SKORPIO_X3_CE6.0_ver_2.30 firmware version.
The Skorpio X3 product line is quite dated, and had already been replaced a few years ago by the newSkoprio X4 series.

Estou buscando um meio de atualizar os 14 aparelhos que tenho na empresa. Produtos do qual foram adquiridos em 2015 e só ano passado que iniciamos a utilização. No caso não tenho acesso a download de firmware pela conta e sem encontrar outro meio para poder atualizar os aparelhos.
