Do you need a warranty? Can’t you request or download the complete firmware from another site? It’s blocked for me.

As mentioned in other posts like Download firmware update file for Memor 11 , Firmware Download functionality for Datalogic Android devices is protected and available for devices with active Datalogic SHIELD Service Contract only.
Refer to your Datalogic reseller and ask for a Shield subscription or an EASEOFCARE contract that includes hardware repair (Kasko/Maintenance). Please note that Shield is already included in almost all EASEOFCARE contracts for Android devices.
