TeamViewer QuickSupport app and/or TeamViewer Datalogic Add-On is not working properly on Memor 12 Android 15

Goodafternoon,

I am experiencing similar difficulties with the TeamViewer app like my older topic for the Memor 11 TeamViewer Add-On: Datalogic is not working properly on Memor11 Android 13 - Android Devices - Datalogic Developer

To a certain degree I can control the scanners like seeing stats and sending/receiving files. But there is no possibility to see and click on the things that are on the screen.

Have you updated the plugin to the latest version? The plugin was updated last October of 25 and should work on Memor 12 as well.
